Deep Embossed Panel is our latest design — a product that represents both innovation and craftsmanship. Our factory has been deeply involved in the melamine board industry for more than 20 years, continuously exploring new ways to enhance quality and aesthetics.

Back in the early 2000s, most melamine board producers in the Chinese market were locked in price competition. While many sought to win customers through lower prices, we quickly realized that cheap products would always exist — but at the cost of quality. Competing on price alone could never lead to sustainable growth or customer satisfaction.

That’s why we made a bold and ambitious decision: to create something completely new — a product that not only looks exceptional but also feels extraordinary. Our goal was to develop melamine panels with an impressive visual impact, aesthetic appeal, and superior quality.

The result is our Deep Embossed Panel. The texture depth on the surface reaches about 0.5 mm, giving each panel a realistic, tactile dimension. For our rock-inspired design, the surface feels just like natural stone when touched, bringing authenticity and character to any interior space.

To further enhance the overall effect, we also developed matching 3D edgebanding technology. These specially designed edges perfectly complement the surface pattern and texture, achieving a seamless, three-dimensional look. Each design has its own coordinated 3D edgebanding, ensuring a consistent and harmonious visual experience.
