About Us
YAKCO New Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is located at No. 17 Furong Road, Baimao, Guli Town, Changshu City, Suzhou, Jiangsu.
The company specializes in the R&D and production of melamine-faced panels and a wide range of high-end decorative panels.
YAKCO inherits the essence of German craftsmanship and is deeply committed to the field of interior decorative panels, focusing on delivering authentic, premium sensory experiences for quality-seeking customers.
To align with international first-class design standards, the company has invested over RMB 300 million in a complete production line from Dieffenbacher (Germany) and related auxiliary equipment.
In 2018, it added a fully automatic short-cycle multi-opening embossing press worth approximately RMB 15 million, bringing its surface finishing technology to par with leading global brands.
Core Products and Technological Strengths
1.Melamine-Faced Panel Series
We produce a full range of melamine-faced panels with complete specifications and diverse patterns. Our products are widely used in kitchen cabinets, TV cabinets, office furniture, school furniture, display shelving, and other furniture manufacturing sectors.
The company also holds proprietary patented technology that enhances the impact resistance of panels by reinforcing the core layer with melamine adhesive and applying multi-layer lamination, further improving the panels’ impact performance.
2.3D Deep-Embossed Panels – A Pioneering Technology
YAKCO is one of the earliest companies in China to enter the 3D decorative panel field and a recognized leader in deep-embossed panel technology.
In 2015, we took the lead in developing 3D panels with an embossing depth exceeding 0.5 mm (50 threads), successfully entering the European market with realistic textures and authentic touch.
In 2017, our artistic decorative materials gained wide recognition from European design institutions.
In 2018, we partnered with other companies to develop and build a fully automatic 4'×11' 3D deep-embossed melamine panel pressing line.
This line is the first truly deep-embossing press line in China, incorporating automatic multi-paper feeding, double-sided precision synchronous registration, fully automatic variable-pressure control, automatic edge chamfering, and automatic stainless steel backing plate replacement.
The resulting deep-embossed panels are highly popular in the high-end market and have broad commercial prospects.
In 2020, leveraging our overseas reputation and global design resources, we strategically expanded into the domestic market and formed partnerships with renowned design firms such as Shenzhen CCD and Hong Kong JR to continue innovating in 3D texture technology.
Our 3D embossing line covers a wide variety of texture patterns, including wood grains, stone textures, fabric weaves, leather grains, carbonized effects, geometric three-dimensional patterns, and rich natural motifs.
Combined with decorative impregnated papers, we can produce hundreds of different 3D deep-embossed surface designs, with embossing depths now reaching up to 0.8 mm – dramatically enriching the expressive power of our decorative panels.
Signature Design Cases
We offer a range of representative 3D deep-embossed panel products, including:
“Nanmu Wave”: Inspired by the warmth of nanmu wood and the fluidity of waves, this design combines black-gold elegance with three-dimensional relief.
It breaks the flat surface limitation, offering both aesthetic appeal and practicality – a tribute to Eastern aesthetics while perfectly suited to modern minimalist styles.
“Synchronized Travertine”: Built on a sophisticated natural grey base, paired with high-precision 3D stereoscopic texture that faithfully reproduces the delicate feel of natural grey stone, this panel exudes understated luxury.
Its soft, non-dazzling grey tone is both inclusive and distinctive, making it versatile for minimalist, light-luxury, Italian, and neo-Chinese design styles.
